This year's Marin Designer Showcase is open, and it's quite the property. 15,500 square feet on the tip of Belvedere Island - some of the most sought after real estate in the world, with incomparable views... and a $45 Million price tag. I had the pleasure of helping a colleague, Gioi Tran, on his Master Bedroom, and I the finished space is beautiful. If you're in the SF Bay Area, the house is open through February 26th.
